While conventional loans usually require a larger down payment and have more rigid qualification criteria, they usually offer the most favorable terms.


FHA loans are insured by The Federal Housing Administration. These loans typically require a lower down payment than conventional loan programs. They also generally have less stringent qualification requirements.


If you are a Veteran, or the surviving spouse of a Veteran, you may be eligible for a loan insured by the US Department of Veterans Affairs. These loans require no down payment and can be a great option, if you qualify.

Utah Housing

Utah Housing loans are available to Utah residents who may be in need of down payment assistance. A Utah Housing loan can be a viable option for those with little to no money for a down payment.
